Othaya Court holds Open Day

Open Day held at Othaya Law Courts as part of  Judiciary’s public engagement. The Judiciary is committed to enhancing the access to justice through public awareness and education. The open day brought together different actors in the justice system who discussed succession matters, criminal matters, trial process, children matters among other legal issues like mediation and other alternative justice system under the provisions of Article 159 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.nn nn
