JCE meet with Carter Center delegation

A delegation from the Carter Center led by senior legal expert Don Bisson held a meeting with members of the Judiciary Committee on Elections-JCE, chaired by High Court judge, Justice Msahga Mbogholo at Milimani Law Courts to discuss the Center's report and recommendations from the 2017 general election ahead of the launch of its report on the 2017 Kenya General and Presidential Elections.
