Ogembo Ogolla was a man of extraordinary intellect, integrity and invincibility against the forces of injustice, he was tender and vulnerable and above all compassionate and human. We will miss him dearly.

Rest in Peace Justice Ogembo.May the heavens receive you.
Rest in Peace Justice. Will really miss your witty counsel and jokes. Till we meet again.
Growing up in the village, Baba was the gentle, humble but easily noticeable boy, where it mattered, academics.
These attributes remained with you throughout your secondary, high school and university education transcending the period of advocate training programme at the Kenya school of law.
We remember you for the meticulous organisation in the way your room and wardrobe was kept. How you went to bed leaving everything set for the next day, even if it was a weekend; shoes polished and clothes ironed, folded or neatly hanged.
The organisation is well documented in all stations you worked as a judicial office and in your tenure as a judge.
We will live to remember the neatly dressed, hardworking, friendly yet unassuming and self effacing judge from kakrao city.
Fare thee well my village mate and colleague in the college of judges of the superior courts of kenya
I am deeply saddened by the passing of Judge Daniel Ogola. My heart go out to his family and children during this incredibly difficult time. Judge Ogola was more than a respected member of the judiciary; he was a beacon of wisdom, fairness, and integrity. His contributions to the legal community have been invaluable, and his absence leaves a profound void.
The judiciary has lost a great mind, a man whose judgments and legal acumen have shaped our understanding of justice.
In these moments of grief, I extend my deepest condolences to his family. May you find strength and solace in the legacy of honor and respect he leaves behind.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Humble, unassuming, respectful, a man of few words and a gentle soul who dearly loved his family are just but some of the fond memories I have of my brother Judge Ogembo.
You were truly loved by Siaya Law Courts family but God called you home.May God's peace that surpasses all human understanding be upon Hon. Grace, your children and family at large.
The Late Hon Judge was a disciplined, role model, mentor and all round person. Respected both junior staff and seniors.
He used to inquire about the welfare of His entire staff at Siaya and believed in team work. A person of integrity and few words filled with wisdom.
Thank you Hon. Judge for the opportunity you gave me to learn and develop my work productivity by serving under your guidance and that of DRs and HOS. MAY THE ALMIGHTY GOD RECEIVE YOU IN ETERNAL PEACE AND REST.
FOREVER IN MY HEART.
My deepest sympathy to Hon Omodho and the entire family.
Grace and fortitude be upon you and your children.
