Justice Dulu was deployed to Garissa law courts in October 2014. Under his leadership, the court witnessed marked improvement in court operations. “Justice Dulu has shown us how to think critically, plan precisely and execute our roles effectively,” Senior Clerical Officer Stephen Theri said.
