Malawi team tours Milimani and Kajiado Law Courts

Milimani Law Courts led by High Court Principal Judge Lydia Achode hosted a team from the Judiciary of Malawi who are in the country on a study tour of Kenya’s court infrastructure. The team led by Hon. Joseph Chigona, Judge of the High Court and Chair of the Malawi Judiciary Development Programme also toured Kajiado Law Courts where they were hosted by the Presiding Judge Chacha Mwita.n nThe team visited the various Divisions and Courts at Milimani as well as the new World Bank-Funded Court building, under the Judicial Performance Improvement Project (JPIP), at Kajiado. A high-level think-tank panel discussion on e-Governance sustainability with President of Estonia

Chief Justice Martha Koome took part in a high-level think-tank panel discussion on e-Governance sustainability with the President of Estonia, H.E. at the Strathmore University.nShe said that the Judiciary will not look back in embracing technology. Court to clear Pending Criminal Appeals
