CEO and Secretary to the Board of IPOA sworn in

Mr Njoroge Maina takes Oath of Office as the new CEO/Secretary to the Board of the Independent Policing Oversight Authority before Chief Justice David Maraga today at the Supreme Court, Nairobi. The event was attended by IPOA chairman Macharia Njeru and other board members.
