KJA conducts capacity building for Commercial and Tax Law Division Judges, Deputy Registrars and Legal Researchers on Company and Insolvency Law

Kenya Judiciary Academy (KJA) conducted a capacity building workshop for Judges, Deputy Registrars and Legal Researchers from the High Court Commercial and Tax Law Division on Company and Insolvency Law.

The 3-day training that was conducted in partnership with the office of the Presiding Judge Commercial and Tax Law Division, International Development Law Organization (IDLO), and Kenya Deposits Insurance Corporation (KDIC) aims at providing conceptual and theoretical framework on matters touching on insolvency; promote understanding and application of consumer protection measures; and offer insights on emerging issues in the insolvency sector.
