Judges share experiences and best practices on EDR

High Court Judges who handled election petitions and appeals emanating from the lower courts’ decisions participate in an Electoral Disputes Resolution (EDR) debrief session organised by the Kenya Judiciary Academy.

The debrief is aimed at providing an opportunity for judges to share experiences and best practices as well as comparative, emerging and conflicting jurisprudence, and notable decisions, from the 2022 EDR cycle.
