CJ Koome commends Political Parties Disputes Tribunal for resolving disputes expeditiously

Chief Justice Martha Koome has commend the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT)  for their work and effort put in during the 2022 election period that ensured all the 314 pre-poll disputes were resolved in a timely manner.nn”We learnt valuable lessons that will feed into our quest to roll out e-filing countrywide for courts and tribunals,” CJ Koome said.nnThe Chief Justice was speaking at the Supreme Court when she held a meeting with the Chairperson and Members of the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal.  nnThe PPDT continues to support the Judiciary’s Social Transformation through Justice (STAJ) vision by ensuring timely, people-centric and accessible justice.nn nn nn
