Court orients clients on processes ahead of sittings

Ms Irene Akinyi addresses clients ahead of court sessions at Kisumu Magistrate Court. Every morning, Ms Akinyi ensures that court users are equipped with relevant information before court sessions begin in various court rooms to enhance delivery of service.

Akinyi has made it routine to explain to court users about court room arrangement and sitting, judicial officers in charge and location of registries as well as entrance and exits areas and what to be done in case of emergency.
