Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu chaired a session during the 2023 CMJA Conference in Cardiff, Wales during which His Lordship, The Lord Burnett of Maldon, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales delivered a keynote paper on “Open Justice and the 25th Anniversary of the Latimer House Guidelines.”
