DCJ Mwilu delivers keynote address at the East African Magistrates’ and Judges’ Association Conference.

 

 

The Deputy Chief Justice shares a moment with Uganda’s Vice President Her Excellency Maj. (Rtd) Jessica Alupo, the Chief Justice of Uganda Hon. Mr. Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo and Hon. Norbert Mao, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs during the East African Magistrates’ and Judges’ Association (EAMJA) Conference 2023. Hon. Lady Justice Mwilu delivered the keynote speech at the Conference on ‘The Administration of the Judiciary in Modern Times’.

The DCJ shared the Judiciary of Kenya’s people-centred justice approaches under the Social Transformation Through Access to Justice blueprint and drew lessons and perspectives on leadership from the experiences and challenges in implementing transformative judicial change in Kenya.
