Judiciary Management Committee deliberates on institutional governance

Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, chair of the Judiciary Management Committee (JMC), with members of the committee and its secretariat during their working retreat.  The Committee, a key governance structure in the Judiciary, is charged with ensuring the streamlining and functioning of administration of justice and court performance, planning and budget implementation, human resource management and administration, ICT, infrastructure and facilities development and public affairs and communication management among others.nn nn nn nn nn
