Chief Justice David Maraga launched the Legal Empowerment & Aid Delivery(PLEAD) programme, a 5-year partnership between the Government of Kenya, the EU, legal aid civil society actors, the UNODC & the UNDP. It aims at contributing to improving access to justice and legal aid in Kenya.nn
