Principal judge hosts children

High Court Principal Judge Lydia Achode hosted kindergarten pupils from Imani Montessori school at Milimani Law Courts. n

The Judge took the children through court processes and introduced them to the various court officials in the justice system  and their duties such as prison wardens, police officers and advocates.

They were also taken to the children’s court play area where they met other children under protection and Care cases.

She encouraged the pupils to be of good behaviour so as not to get into trouble with the law and also to work hard in order to realise their dreams in life.

Further, the Principal Judge hosted them in her chambers for a luncheon as well as a question and answer session.
