• Served as Presiding Judge at Eldoret and Mombasa High Courts
• Served at the Milimani Commercial Division, Nairobi

 

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Maritime Law, University of Cape Town
• Bachelors of Laws (LLB) degree, University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law, Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Bar in 1992

Previous Experience

• Founding Lecturer at UON Mombasa Campus
• Member, Taskforce on Review of Maritime Laws of Kenya
• Consultant, World Bank and the Ministry of Transport and Promulgated Rules and Regulations on Maritime Legislation.

• Principal Judge of the High Court since 2022
• Chair, High Court Advisory Committee (HiCAC)
