• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Certificate courses in Gender and Development (KIT

Institute Netherlands), Treaty Monitoring (New York)

• Certificates in Legislative Drafting, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Public Interest Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Report Writing.

 

She has over 30 years experience in the legal profession.

She was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2016 and has served in Eldoret, Kericho and Kisii

• State Counsel at the Attorney General’s office.
• Litigation counsel.
• Worked for FIDA-Kenya rising through the ranks from

Legal Counsel to Executive Director.

• Senior Legal Advisor at GIZ.
• Consultant for the United Nations Development Program, UN Women, GIZ and local NGOs in the areas of Human Rights, Gender, Strategic Planning and Policy
