Hon. Mr. Justice Yuvinalis Angima holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

 

• Master of Laws from University of South Africa
• Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Certified Professional Mediator
• Certified Secretary (CS)
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1998

 

He has over 24 years experience in the legal profession.

He was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2016 and has served in Embu and Nyahururu.

 

Previous Experience

• Worked as a litigation advocate in the law firms of Migos

Ogamba & Co. Advocates; Mamicha & Co. Advocates and Rachier & Amollo Advocates.

• Worked at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) as an Attorney in the Department of Civil Litigation and Asset Recovery.
• Worked at the Commission on Administrative Justice (Ombudsman) as Director of Legal and Advisory Services.
• Served as Corporation Secretary of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority.
