Hon. Mr. Justice Kullow Mohamed Noor

Hon. Mr. Justice Mohammed Noor Kullow was born in Mandera County

 

He holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1996

He was appointed as a Judge of the Environment and Land Court in 2016.

 

Previous Experience

• Private practise and consultant with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) as a legal advisor to the Federal Republic of Somalia.
