Hon. Mr. Justice Oguttu Mboya was born in Muhoroni.

He holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Master of Laws (LLM) from University of Nairobi (Ongoing)
• Master of Arts in Environmental Law (MEL) (On going)
• Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1996

 

He has over 26 years experience in the legal profession.

He was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2021 and has served in Nairobi.
