Hon. Mr. Justice Ohungo Dalmas Omondi

Hon. Mr. Justice Dalmas Omondi Ohungo was born in Siaya County.

 

He holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1998

 

He has over 24 years experience in the legal profession.

He was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2016 and has served in Nakuru and Kakamega.

 

Previous Experience

• Advocate with over 16 years experience in civil litigation and conveyancing
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
• Certified Professional Mediator duly accredited by the Judiciary’s Mediation Accreditation Committee.

 

Other Responsibilities

• Served as Vice Chairman of Council of Mombasa Law Society.
• Founder member and co-convenor of the Mombasa Inns of Court.
