Hon. Mr. Justice Washe Emmanuel Mutwana

Hon. Mr. Justice Emmanuel Mutwana Washe hails from Kilifi County.

He holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

 

• Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the year 2005

He was appointed as a Judge the Environment & Land Court in 2021 and has served in Kilgoris.

 

Previous Experience

• Private practitioner specializing in commercial litigation and conveyancing.
• Worked with the following law firms: Timamy & Company, Advocates; Madzayo Mrima & Company Advocates; Inamdar & Inamdar Advocates; Bengi Miriti & Associates
• Established E. M. Washe & Associates Advocates law firm in 2010.

 

Other Responsibilities

• Chair of the Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association (KMJA) South Nyanza Chapter.
