Key Achievements

For nearly three decades, he has worked at the nexus of land and constitutional reforms. Beginning as a researcher with the Njonjo Commission, he later drafted key provisions for the 2010 Constitution. Since its promulgation, he has shaped land and environmental legislation, ensuring statutory frameworks uphold equity, sustainability, public participation, and rights protection within Kenya’s transformative governance system.
