Hon. Justice Brown Murungi Kairaria

Justice Brown Murungi Kairaria is an accomplished legal practitioner with over 31 years of experience in the legal profession, having been admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1995. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool.

Until his nomination, Mr. Kairaria served as a Partner at Gitonga Kamiti, Kairaria & Company Advocates, a position he has held since 2003. He has also rendered distinguished service in statutory adjudication, including as Chairperson of the Industrial Property Tribunal and a Member of the Tribunal from 2016 to 2019.
