The Judiciary and the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) are in the process of preparing Budget Proposals for the FY 2025/26 and Medium-Term. Pursuant to Article 201 (a) of the Constitution and Section 37 (5) (a) of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act 2012 which requires public participation in all financial matters, Public Hearings forums have been organized to be held in various regions.
