Supreme Court Moot Court competition for law students kicks off
The Supreme Court of Kenya Annual Moot Court competition involving 16 universities is underway. The competition is part of the Supreme Court Mentorship Programme that begun last year. The competition brings together law students with the aim of sharpening their advocacy skills, courtroom etiquette, legal research and reasoning, drafting and case analysis. This year’s competition which runs from 12th - 14th November, 2025 promises to be even more engaging, tackling complex and critical issues of international law - specifically refugee and migration rights.
