Hon. Mr. Justice Stephen Radido

Justice Stephen Radido joined the Court of Appeal in 2026. He was appointed judge of the ELRC in July 2012. He has served in Nairobi, Nakuru and Kisumu.

He holds a Master of Laws degree – Fundamental Rights, from the University of South Africa and Economics of Corruption from University of Passau. He attained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Certified Public Secretary.

He is also a trainer of trainers, StAR World Bank Initiative on Asset Recovery
