Help for those in conflict with law

 nnNyeri law courts launched an initiative that will see suspected offenders educated on court processes.nnThe move is meant to ease the court process for suspects who are arrested and locked in cells especially over the weekend and are arraigned in court on Monday.nnThe initiative dubbed ‘Friends of People in Conflict with the Law’ intends to help men, women and children in conflict with the law go through the court process. Busia Law Courts staff met to discuss ways of improving service delivery at the station on November 8, 2018. The meeting attended by judicial officers and staff deliberated on how to improve their 2018/2019 Performance Management and Measurement Understanding (PMMU).
