Chief Justice David Maraga met the International Trademark Association (INTA) team led by CEO Mr. Etienne Sanz de Acedo at the Supreme Court in Nairobi. The CEO was accompanied by INTA’s representative, Africa and the Middle East, Tat-Tienne Louembe, and representatives of the Law firm of Coulson and Harney (Bowmans), Mr. Evans Monari and Ms. Terry Mwango.nnMeanwhile Judges of the Commercial and Tax Division also held a meeting with INTA delegation at Milimani Law Courts.
