SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The Integrated Fiduciary Agent (IFA) unveiled the Service Level Agreement (SLA) which sets out service standards aimed at streamlining the procurement processes. The SLA is to guide all IUs, Project Management Unit (PMU) and IFA through the procurement processes and financial management cycles. It sets out timelines of how long the procurement process would take in the procurement chain.
