China Africa Joint Arbitration Centre launched in Nairobi

Chief Justice David Maraga launched the China Africa Joint Arbitration Centre, Nairobi. The project seeks to fast-track dispute resolution between China and African countries. Matters that would have ended up in court will now be resolved through arbitration or mediation at the centre.nn
