Draft National ADR policy discussed

Judiciary held a Public Validation forum on the Draft National ADR Policy which was formulated by Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration in consultation with stakeholders in the ADR Sector. It was  represented by Court Annexed Mediation Taskforce and Task force on Alternative Justice System. The objective of the draft policy is to promote practice of ADR in all sectors and inculcate the culture of ADR in the Country. nn nn nn
