ELC and the National Environment Tribunal hosts renowned Environmental scholar, Gitanjali Gill

Environment and Land Court Presiding Judge Oscar Angote and judges of the court together with members of the National Environment Tribunal hosted Environmental scholar Gitanjali Gill, a Prof of Environmental Law at Northucambria University in the UK for a luncheon where they deliberated on history, challenges and achievements of India’s National Green Tribunal as a benchmark for the Kenyan Environment Tribunal.
