IAWJ, Kenya Chapter President Judge Hellen Omondi joins Kisumu court fraternity to mark 16 days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence

International Association of Women Judges, Kenya Chapter (IAWJ) president and CoA judge Hellen Omondi led Kisumu Law Court’s judges, judicial officers, staff and CUC in marking 16 days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence at Dunga Beach under the theme; ‘Unite! Activism to End Violence Against Women and Girls’.  Members of the public interacted with justice actors to deliberate on issues affecting them.

 

Elsewhere, Muranga High Court Judge Cecilia Githua, her ELC counterpart Lucy Gacheru and Thika High Court’s Justice Florence Muchemi led CUC members to pay a visit to Murang’a Women’s GK Prison to mark the 16 Days of Activism for Justice and Gender Equality globally.
