Judge Okwengu leads team of court officials on a visit of Kisumu Prison

Kisumu Court of Appeal Presiding Judge Hannah Okwengu led a team of court officials on a visit of Kisumu Maximum Security Prison to deliberate on issues affecting inmates as far as their cases are concerned, and expeditious delivery of justice.
