The Chief Justice,  David Maraga has launched the Judiciary Integrated Performance Management and Accountability System (JIPMAS)  whose core objective is to ensure production of performance data in real time and compare with set indicators and other measurement information and produce reports on a continuous and consistent manner across entire spectrum of the Judiciary’s Courts, operational units and individual staff. 

 

The system leverages on information and communication technology (ICT)  efficiency as well as balanced scorecard metrics in evaluation and reports.
