‘Protocol’ laid to rest in Kombewa

Joseph Ouko was laid to rest at Kombewa Kisumu, over the weekend. Relatives, friends, the Judiciary fraternity and members of public turned up to pay their last respects to Mr Ouko, popularly known to many as ‘Protocol.’ He was eulogised for his hard work and exemplary interpersonal skills at his workplace.nn nn
