Supreme Court hears References for Assembly Speakers

Supreme Court Judges heard two References. Applications filed by the Speaker County Assembly of Siaya and Speaker County Assemblies of Nandi, Kericho and Meru. Advocates appearing were: Carrey Joseph, Emmanuel Bitta, Charles Kanjama and Peter Wanyama.
