Hon. Lady Justice Grace Ngenye

Hon. Justice Ngenye holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Kenyatta University (2005), Bachelor of Laws, University of Nairobi (1993) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (1995).

She has an aggregate of 26 years’ experience in the legal profession as a  Judge of the High Court (2012 to 2022), Senior Principal Magistrate (2011 to 2012), Principal Magistrate (2009 to 2011) and Senior Resident Magistrate (2004 to 2009).

She has also served as a Resident Magistrate (2002 to 2004), District Magistrate II (Prof) -2000 to 2002, Legal Consultant with United Nations High Commission for Refugees (2000), Legal Practitioner, Onesmus Githinji & Co Advocates (1998 to 1999) and Legal Practitioner GBM Kariuki and Co Advocates (1995 to 1996).
