Hon. Lady Justice Koross Anne Yatich Kipingor

Hon. Lady Justice Anne Yatich Koross was born in Trans Nzoia County.

She holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Master of Laws Degree from the University of East London (On-going)
• Bachelor of Law Degree from Moi University
• Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2004

She has over 18 years experience in the legal profession.

She was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2021 and has served in Siaya.

 

Previous Experience

Worked in various capacities as an advocate and arbitrator.

 

Other Responsibilities

• Co-chairs the Leadership Management Team; Bar- Bench Meetings and ELC Court Users Committee in Siaya Law Courts.
• Certified Arbitrator.
