Hon. Lady Justice Lucy Njoki Waithaka

Hon. Lady Justice Lucy Njoki Waithaka was born in Nakuru County.

She holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Master of Arts in International Studies from University of Nairobi
• Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1992

She has over 30 years experience in the legal profession.

She was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2012 and has served in Elgeyo Marakwet, Nyeri and Nakuru.

 

Previous Experience

• State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers from 1991 – 2012.
