Hon Mr. Justice John M. Mutungi

Hon. Mr. Justice John Mutungi was born in Meru County.

He holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Masters in Business Administration from Kenya Methodist

University

• Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPSK)
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1980

He has over 42 years experience in the legal profession.

He was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2012 and has served in Milimani, Kisii, Nakuru and Kerugoya
