Hon. Mr. Justice Luka Kiprotich Kimaru

Justice Luka Kiprotich Kimaru holds Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to Roll of Advocates in 1991.

He practiced for 12 years in various legal firms before joining judicial service. He taught at the Kenya School of Law  while practicing as an Associate Advocate at Kalya & Company Advocates before he moved on to his own company as Sole Practitioner at Luka Kimaru & Company Advocates working from 1993 to 1996.

Between 1996 and 2003, he joined Kimaru, Kiplagat & Company Advocates as Senior Partner where he worked until his appointment as Judge of the High Court.

Justice Kimaru is pursuing his Masters of Laws Degree at the University of Nairobi.
