Hon. Mr. Justice Njoroge Francis Mwangi

Hon. Mr. Justice Mwangi Njoroge holds the following academic and professional qualifications:

 

• Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1997

 

He has over 25 years experience in the legal profession.

He was appointed as an Environment and Land Judge in 2016 and has served in Kitale and Nakuru.

 

Previous Experience

• State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers rising through the ranks to the position of Chief State Counsel – Litigation.
• Headed the Environment and Land and the Constitutional Petitions Divisions of the Civil Litigation Department of the Attorney General’s Office.
• Appointed Secretary to the Privatization Tribunal in 2014.

 

Other responsibilities

• Represented the office in the Public Complaints Committee on Environment from 2004 to 2012.
