• PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Nairobi (Ongoing).
• Master of Laws in Environmental Law from University of Nairobi
• Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
• Admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2001

He has over 21 years experience in the legal profession.

He was appointed as an Environment and Land Court Judge in 2012 and has served in Malindi, Machakos and Nairobi.

He was elected ELC Presiding Judge in 2022 

Previous Experience

• Litigation counsel in the firms of Kiogora Mutai & Company Advocates and Ndung’u Njoroge & Kwach Advocates
• Worked at the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission
