Office of the Registrar Magistrates Court rolls out five more Small Claims Courts

Office of the Registrar Magistrates Court rolled out five Small Claims Courts at Malindi, Murang’a, Makindu, Ruiru and Kitui Law Courts. The exercise was led by Deputy Registrar Small Claims Court Hon. Susan Gitonga.

The launch at Murang’a Law Courts was graced by High Court Presiding Judge James Wakiaga and Lady Justice Cecilia Githua as well as Murang’a Law Courts Head of Station Hon. Peter Maina and Nairobi small Claims Court Head of Station Hon. Kinyanjui Manuela.

At Malindi, the Office of the Registrar Magistrates Court team led by Hon Gitonga handed over ICT equipment, Case Registers and file folders to Malindi Law Courts Head of Station Hon Elizabeth Usiu and Adjudicators during the the rollout of Small Claims Court in the area.
