Court meets stakeholders to validate Employment and Labour Relations Court (Procedure) Rules, 2023
Employment and Labour Relations Rules Committee led by ELRC Principal Judge Byram Ongaya held a meeting with stakeholders to validate the Employment and Labour Relations Court (Procedure) Rules, 2023.
The forum provided an opportunity for ELRC stakeholders to consider the proposed amendments and give their input. Present during the exercise was Court of Appeal Judge George Odunga.
