Chuka Law Courts

Tharaka Nithi residents will no longer have to travel over 60km to have their High Court matters adjudicated on following the opening of Chuka Law Court Building. The new building houses two High Court Rooms, three Magistrates Court Rooms and an Environment and Lands Court room amongst other facilities. With improved facilities, there will be efficiency in dispensation of justice leading to the reduction of backlog of cases. The Hon.
