CRJ reiterates Judiciary’s commitment to breaking barriers that hinder access to justice

Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, Winfridah Mokaya has reiterated the Judiciary’s commitment in breaking barriers that deny access to justice. In remarks made on her behalf by DCRJ Paul Ndemo during a two-day Tribunals Open Day at the Milimani Law Courts the CRJ said that Tribunals were among the initiatives instituted in the Judiciary that are aimed to enhance access to justice for all. She observed that Tribunals are currently handling 14,522 active cases and this current financial year alone has seen the filing of over 10,000 new cases. ELC judges trained on Carbon Offsetting

The Environment and Land Court Judges are participating in a Carbon Offsetting Training workshop.
