ICT Principal Secretary inspects digitization progress at Kisumu Law Courts

Court of Appeal Judge Daniel Musinga is the new chairman of the Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE). Justice Musinga takes over from outgoing chairman, High Court judge Msagha Mbogholi.
